The Daily Grind

  • To do: make competent Pantoea endophytes and transform all with Arabad:GFP in pDRIVE
  • To do: plot out plate 4/5 endophyte growth promotion results and plan experiment to test remainder (get Sarah to make more media/tubes)
  • To do: Get ID for all seed endophytes and include in figures
  • To do: Plan for high school student to clean up sequences of soil endophytes
