The Daily Grind

  • To do: extract plasmids
  • To do: make competent cells from 1A1, 1A8, 1C4, 1F7, 1G6, Kp342
  • To do: transform the above with the plasmids (actually only doing 1A8, 1F7, 1G6, and Kp342)
  • To do: inject pDSK-GFPuv tagged endophytes into corn in tubes (rhizosphere exiting experiment) and corn in greenhouse (repeat microscopy)
