Remains of the Day

  • Ran a PCR of Brazilian rhizosphere, phyllosphere, and soil, controls, etc. Lablled PCR with 799f and 1392R.
  • Included a few samples to test the new taq with plasmid DNA
  • Ran gel of actigard test. Still trying to prove actigard induces PR1 gene expression. I treated all samples with some RNAse and extended the DNAse treatment to 10 minutes as opposed to the suggested 2, but still doesn't seem to work. :(
