Remains of the Day

  • Run gel of gradient PCRs
  • Redo gradient PCR of healthy/unhealthy soil using half the primer (did at 50, 55, 60 degrees with either 10 or 20 pmol each of primer - also did some 10 at 52 degrees for TRFLP comparison to 799F/1492R)
  • Rafiq talk at 10
  • Do ethanol precip of PCRs (including my PCRs with my primers) and start TRFLP digestion trial
  • Harvest potato leaf tissue in liquid nitrogen
