  • Meeting at Robarts at 1 or 2
  • Organize Brazil TRFLP data into Powerpoint
  • Screening a private database of ITS ampilicons of ITS1F and ITS4 in the program REPK (http://rocaplab.ocean.washington.edu/tools/repk) as a virtual digest to select out best sequences by counting top numbers of total fragment diversity.
