Remains of the Day

  • Extract cucumber seeds and take photos for germination trial
  • Measure DNA conc of SMT 11/27 samples from yesterday and get TRFLP PCR done
  • Meet with Greg to plan strawberry trial
  • Do real time PCR on tomatoes and potatoes from February if results come back good from Jon's PCR yesterday
  • Work on edits to soil swap paper
  • Below is Jon's PCR for TRFLP with 63F/1389R of the SantaMariaTrial treated soils from 11/27
