Remains of the Day

  • Analyze "Diseased strawberry" TRFLP
  • Submit diluted (10X) TRFLP samples from Friday
  • Specking MBA 05/02/2012 DNA and arraying in 96 well plate - did fungal PCR on them too
  • Re-analyze old strawberry data for relative peak intensity
  • Harvest roots and rhizospheres from remaining Beaufort and other tomato genotypes
