Remains of the Day

  • Harvesting a few more tomato roots/rhizospheres from growth room (Pasteurized and TBG 1%)
  • Do analysis of bacterial TRFLP from field, and include in report (differences between bacteria and fungi in rhizospheres and roots, and between Tilbury and Leamington fields, but not by treatment)
  • Write tomato report (will have to do it all tommoorow cause I haven't written anything yet)
  • Worked a bit on getting additional TRFLP peak numbers and characteristics for the Tomachek tomato report
