Remains of the Day

  • Ran gel of last night's rhizo soil bacterial PCR (TVD growth room rep 2) and all reactions worked! (see below - the one empty lane 6E was a DNA free reaction)
  • Did fungal PCR today (gel tommorow)
  • Worked on Australia soil paper
  • Got found editorial paper about TRFLP missing rare groups here: http://aem.asm.org/content/73/7/2399.full.pdf+html
