Remains of the Day

  • Eugenia Banks sending healthy and unhealthy potatoes for me to process and analyze tommorow.
  • Got house pythium sequences from Yibin and tested enzymes on them. DdeI looks like it won't work well (doesn't cut Pythium sequences much) while HhaI does! So I will repeat the TRFLP using HhaI.
  • First, I'll just do the Phytophtera fragaria nested PCR on those 96 samples.
