* Write up your awesome plans and results here...
* Ran TRFLP of Oomycetes on previous PCR of the California strawberry samples, but it didn't work, amplifying primer dimers exclusively. May repeat on a subset using a much higher annealing temperaute (ie 65 vs 56) or with the straight up DNA but using more cycles (ie. 55 vs 44).
* Got email back from Joji. Turns out they didn't need or intend to use the soil chemistry information I sent over. Wikid, I love wasting my time.
