* | * Started processing Eugenia Bank's potatoes. She sent 4 samples each from fumigated and non-fumigated bad farm (HJV) and non-fumigated good farm (Rutledge). We are taking a bit of pooled bulk soil, roots, rhizospheres, stems (stem juice), and potato skins for DNA extraction and further analysis, likely TRFLP. Got half way through the 12 bags of plants today. | ||
