Remains of the Day

  • Doing a fungal TRFLP of field grown Beaufort and Heinz 2401 roots from Tilbury 2011. Also doing IBRFull treated plants. I don't know how they were extracted, but it will be good to see what fungi are present in both field seasons. (results were pretty good as you can see in the the below gel, though kinda weak)
