U2OS Cell Split

  • Splitting U2OS cells from thawed passage. Obtained from Ben.
  • McCoy's 5A media, PBS and trypsin heated to 37C
  • U2OS cells at 90% confluence with T-75 flask at time of split. Growing in culture since 4/14 (last split).
  • Passages:
  1. 2- T-75 Flasks (1-9)
  2. 1- 6 Well Plate (1-3)
