RT-PCR

Pancreas Cell

  • Passage by cell split protocol
  • Cells at 70% confluency in T-25 starter medium
  • Deactivate 2mL of trypsin with 4mL of DMEM/20% FBS (6mL cells)
  • Transfer 3mL of cells into 7mL of DMEM/20% FBS (2 T75 flasks)
  • Two T75 flasks of TC1-alpha Pancreatic cells in 37 incubator
