Objective

  • to run UV-vis and Fluorescence on protein in hexanes solutions with either(nBu)4NPF6, crown 6, or (nBu)4NPF6 and crown 6.


Description

  • UV-vis and Fluorescence was run on:
    • 1.2mg of 1mg Mb, Phosphate (nBu)4NPF6, and crown 6 in hexanes;
    • 1.8mg 1mg Mb, Phosphate, (nBu)4NPF6 in hexanes;
    • 1.0mg of 1mg Mb, Phosphate and crown 6 in hexanes;
    • 1.3mg of 1mg Mb, Citrate, crown 6 in hexanes;
    • 1.4mg of 1mg Mb, Acetate, crown 6 in hexanes;
