Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook.
- Fractions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 from the second ATP column (from 6/12) was rotovapped, leaving a white powdery film residue. During this rotovap, minimal heat (~25-30°C) for about 5 minutes. After being rotovapped, a brownish film lined the round-bottomed flask.
