Objective

Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook.

Description

  1. The RuATP column was continued, running 0.5M TEAB, 1M TEAB, 1M TEAB:1M NaCl, and H2O.
  2. A TLC plate was run in 0.5M TEAB.

RuATP TLC Plate

  • A TLC plate with ATP and RuATP was run in a chamber containing 0.5M TEAB. Both the RuATP and ATP moved. (The ATP moved slightly more than the RuATP.)
