Project Objectives

Construction of modified GCEs
Electrochemical response of ferricyanide/ferrocyanide redox couple (CV & EIS)
Electrochemical response of a redox co-factor

Today's Tasks

Preparation of acid & heat denatured BSA solutions

  • 250 μL BSA (17.7 μM) + 100 μL HCl (2.83 mM) + 750 μM water (micropipets)
  • solution prepared twice; once in plastic vial, once in glass vial
  • both stoppered and placed in 80 °C heating block for 3 hr
