About me

I am interested in the evolution of regulatory networks in bacteria, and how horizontally acquired genes are integrated into those networks. I am currently a post-doctoral fellow with Charles Dorman at Trinity College, Dublin. I did my Ph.D. with Dan Dykhuizen in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at Stony Brook University, graduating in December, 2006. My undergraduate degree is from Pomona College.
