Entry title

  • 15h20 cells were trypsinated and 1 flask was passage 1-4 xT75, the remaining 3 T75 flasks were freeze down for N2 storage (P5 cells)
  • 500,000 cells/vial - were generated 12 vials;
  • 2.8X106 cells per flask, 86% viable;
  • 16h26 cells went to -80˚C
