On 20130217

  • 1:1 passage of OEC cells p0, under Normoxia (day 10 since isolation); Cells were passage for a well on Biocoat 6 well plate well and feed with OEC media;
  • two other wells on the P0 plate have small colonies (under 5X);
  • Hypoxia plate needs to be evaluated...
