On 2013/0218

  • All wells have been feed with OEC media (both Normoxia and Hypoxia);
  • From normoxia, another well has been passage 1:1, under 5X objective it was ~85% full field; it was difficult to observe pellet after centrifugation;
  • Likely tuesday or Wed. 1 well from the hypoxia plate will be passage; the hypoxic tank is running very low and there is a possibility that will end before the end of day 15;
