Cells were feed, both normoxia and hypoxia;
Cells under hypoxia, under brought to normoxia (19h);
A couple of colonies that could be ready to passage tomorrow or Friday; Wells under hypoxia, look that have more cells overall and the colony that was already passaged was quite fast developing - but still very preliminary
