the first well 1:1 passage (18 Feb) (coming from Normoxia) was passage and replated on a T25 and freeze down and stored (on next day);
Another well from the Normoxia well plate, was passage for the 1:1 well plate;
the hypoxia wells are still having the same amount of cells; not big alterations;
Normoxia, they are still 2 other wells that might need 1:1 passage, but they looked stable from previous day for today; they are being examined in a daily base;
