- Cells were labeled with Calcein AM;
- All reagents needed for the sprouting assay were reconstituted and made fresh working solutions (all Aprotinin and Thrombin) were stored at -20˚C;
- a pilot sprouting assay was initiated with 1 NGF condition and 3 All media conditions. The cells loaded on the beads were labeled with Calcein AM;
- Priscilla and Vivian were present and also were able to make their own gels;
