High Stability Plasmid Development

Abstract

  • pSB1AK3/B0015 digestion

PCR digestion

This is the second digestion reaction to link repC with the translational terminator B0015. The standard plasmid containing B0015 was digested with EcoRI-HF and XbaI:

pSB1AK3/B0015 17μL
BSA 1μL
Buffer 4 5μL
EcoRI-HF 1μL
XbaI 1μL
H2O mQ 25μL
Total 50μL

Inactivations will be done tomorrow.
