Methods

  1. Suspend cells in 200 μL ice cold lysis buffer by retropipeting 3 times.
  2. Incubate on ice for 30 min.
  3. Centrifuge at 13200 rpm for 30 min.
  4. Collect supernatant into EP tubes.
