Methods

  1. Mix 3 μL AuNP/TS primer, 0.5 μL 50x dNTP mix, 16 μL sterile water, 2.5 μL 10x PCR buffer, and 2 μL of varying dilutions of cell extract in a PCR tube.
    • Dilutions of cell extract are as follows:
      1. 100,000 cells
      2. 50,000 cells
      3. 10,000 cells
      4. 5,000 cells
      5. 1,000 cells
      6. 500 cells
      7. 100 cells
      8. 50 cells
      9. 10 cells
  2. Incubate in an oven at 30°C for 30 min.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
