Methods

  1. Dissolve MMF product in 30 mL chloroform.
  2. Run through silica gel column with chloroform.
  3. Rotovap.
  4. Dissolve ~2.0 mg MMF product in 19 mL CH3CN at 75°C.
  5. Slowly add 0.55 mL of 25.5 mM PdCl2(CH3CN)2 in CH3CN.
  6. Allow to sit at room temperature for 2 weeks.
