* I needed to make some new vesicles, but I thought I would just try extruding the same solution from last week again.

* Results from DLS were good.  I compared the vesicles I extruded last Monday to today to see the difference.

* Last Monday's batch were now giving results DMTAP = around 100-120 nm, and DMPG = 65-70 nm

* This new batch were giving 50 nm for both DMTAP and DMPG

* I think over time the vesicles conglomerate onto each other. The standard deviation was also greater.

CBME again

  • I needed to make some new vesicles, but I thought I would just try extruding the same solution from last week again.
  • Results from DLS were good. I compared the vesicles I extruded last Monday to today to see the difference.
  • Last Monday's batch were now giving results DMTAP = around 100-120 nm, and DMPG = 65-70 nm
  • This new batch were giving 50 nm for both DMTAP and DMPG
  • I think over time the vesicles conglomerate onto each other. The standard deviation was also greater.
