Checking up on the Addgene plasmids

  • pMBI on Tet10 plate grew fine, had isolated colonies, was moved to the 4°C
  • pMevT on Cm34 plate had no growth. Looked back at the stab and I had missed the culture in the stab.
    • Struck out the stab on Cm34 plate again, tossed it in the 37°C incubator. Made sure to get culture with the tip this time.
