The MIT Synthetic Biology Working Group had a brainstorming session and created a list with the [[SynBERC:MIT/Calendar/2007-8-8|most-wanted parts that aren't in the Registry.]]  You might want to use one of those parts.

While the next iGEM is far away we should start discussing the posible projects so that we can choose a project to develop, ask for the materials with time and be able to work

The MIT Synthetic Biology Working Group had a brainstorming session and created a list with the most-wanted parts that aren't in the Registry.  You might want to use one of those parts.
