ObjectiveToday's objective is to analyze precipitates that formed after performing the first and second dye reactions using dry fluorescence spectroscopy. These analyses will also us to test the presence/absence of dye in the pellet; the presence of dye in the pellet could lead to falsify the dye/BSA ratio calculations. Protocol
Data
There is only one discernible peak at 720 nm for the 166 ratio pellet solution from the first dye reaction. Further study is needed to determine what is causing this possible emission. |
