My academic interests are divided between biological/chemical engineering and musical composition. Specifically, I'd like to produce sophisticated chemicals via microbial engineering. Simultaneously, I would be composing music for films. George is the founder of UVA's Virginia Genetically Engineered Machine (VGEM) Team. He is a third-year chemical engineering and music double major concentrating in biotechnology and composition respectively.
