I work in the [[Your Lab]] at XYZ University. I learned about [[OpenWetWare]] from From lab websites already hosted on OWW, and I've joined because Host my lab's website on OWW. We work on metabolic engineering (particularly isotope-assisted metabolic flux analysis), and would be able to contribute to OWW..
Dr. Ganesh Sriram is Associate Professor in the [http://www.chbe.umd.edu Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering] at [http://www.umd.edu University of Maryland]. After earning his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering from [http://www.iitb.ac.in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay], he graduated a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from [http://www.iastate.edu Iowa State University] in 2004, working in the lab of [http://www.engineering.iastate.edu/directory/?user_page=jshanks Dr. Jacqueline Shanks]. From 2004 to 2007, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the labs of [http://www.research.medsch.ucla.edu/institution/personnel?personnel_id=9226 Dr. Katrina Dipple] and [http://www.seas.ucla.edu/~liaoj Dr. James Liao] at [http://www.ucla.edu UCLA].

Ganesh Sriram

Dr. Ganesh Sriram is Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at University of Maryland. After earning his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, he graduated a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Iowa State University in 2004, working in the lab of Dr. Jacqueline Shanks. From 2004 to 2007, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the labs of Dr. Katrina Dipple and Dr. James Liao at UCLA.

Dr. Sriram's research interests are metabolic engineering and systems biology, especially metabolic flux analysis and gene regulatory network analysis. See lab research page for more information.
