I currently work as a postdoctoral fellow in the Ryan Lab in the Department of Physiology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). I completed my graduate work in the Hebert Lab at UMMC.

Research interests
My research centers on further characterization of the nuclear protein coilin, which is known primarily for its role in Cajal body integrity.
