  • Streaked OP50-1 stocks for Adam and myself, put the excess inoculate in the refrigerator
  • Inoculated insulin clones for screen
     -L4440: 10mL LB + 5µL carb + clone in a falcon tube, shaken overnight
     -Ins-1: 10mL LB + 5µL carb + clone in a falcon tube, shaken overnight
     -Ins-2: 10mL LB + 5µL carb + clone in a falcon tube, shaken overnight
     -Ins-3: 10mL LB + 5µL carb + clone in a falcon tube, shaken overnight
     -Ins-4: 10mL LB + 5µL carb + clone in a falcon tube, shaken overnight

     -EACH WILL BE CONCENTRATED TO 1.5mL, I have 18 RNAi to use and will make 3-4 plates for each treatment

Today I was only in the lab for the morning
