I study the Genomic Sciences Progamme at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I learned about OpenWetWare from Teamates, and I joined to participate with my team on our 2010 iGEM project.

1. Synthetic Biology: thinking of biological entities as hyper-complex machines, and tinkering with them
2. Biotechnology: after tinkering with them, engineer new machines & apply them to new fields
