Project Design

  • EUREKA!! Coliroid can forward a light stimulus as transcriptional response, and another biobrick can produce light as a transcriptional response, ergo WiFi Coli is possible with current biobricks. So the question is, form here where? Render simple? Expand spectra? Encode different messages? Time to make a presentation (v0.2), I must convince the others this is possible.
  • Hopefully, since firefly can use GFP coupled FRET, we should also be able to use it for spectral resonance. And phytochromes already have a signaling cascade, so we should be able to avoid cross-talk.
