Parameters

  • Searching for the Kcat of the luciferin regeneration mechanism, I found a value of interest: 0.1 mM of oxyluciferin incubated with LRE and 0.5 mg of Luciferase yielded a quantifiable signal by luminometer. At least now we have a starting value for the assays.
