Matlab Model

  • A first trial at the red emission model yielded a most interesting result, given enzymatic efficiencies of 0.1, and with only 10K substrate molecules at inoculation, there appears to be production of 1E7 photons! Moreover, changing efficiencies to 0.5 changed net photon production to 1E8, which is a full order of magnitude change.
