Procedure

  • Spin down HRP-GNP solution again
  • Test spectra of supernatant
  • Test pellet

UV/Vis

  1. Supernatant
  • The activity was about the same as it the pellet showed the other day.

Notes

  • There was not much of a pellet after the spin today.
  • This could be do the fact that the GNPs were separated from free HRP.
