Gel Electrophoresis
Notes
The gel slices are in test tubes in the refrigerator of what was once the Great Bench of Cyano.
The caps of the test tubes are color coded in with the following scheme:
- Yellow: 526 mg (J36834)
- Pink: 821 mg (J36832)
- Green: 851 mg (B0015)
- Blue: 432 mg (J36335)
Peng: check to see if the B0015 is incorrect. If it is, then we have something wrong with our glycerol stock, and need to make another - midiprepping should not remove 1kb of DNA. Otherwise, if you think there might be a chance that we have the terminator, could you purify it? Thanks!
