Transformation Result

From the two transformation set up yesterday I observed one colonies one of my plates

Here it is! I actually only discovered this a couple of days later

Gel Result PCR, expected 2.3kb

I ran out my PCR from Thursday night on a 1% gel to verify and cut out the expected 2.3kb band

  1. Lane 1: 10µl 1kb NEB Quick Ladder
  2. Lane 2: 50µl pcr product, 2300bp, pSense66, cut
  3. Lane 3: BLANK
  4. Lane 4: 50µl pcr product, 2300bp, pSense66, cut
  5. Lane 5: BLANK
  6. Lane 6: BLANK
  7. Lane 7: 2µl Template, pUA66kate 25-10-10-NA
  8. Lane 8: Blank
