Digestion pSense66-PstI

  1. 0.5µl 100xBSA
  2. 5µl 10xNEB#3
  3. 2µl PstI
  4. 12.5µl H2O
  5. 30µl pSense66

Incubate in 37ºC for 2 hours

Setting-up disk test plate for H2O2

I prepared a serial dilution of 1/10 H2O of 30% H2O2. (1, 1/10, 1/100, 1/1000, 1/10000). A plate was prepared by streaking out glycerol stock over the entire area using a swab. The disk were then placed in a clockwise order from beneath and the plate was left in an incubator to grow overnight.
