Objective

  • Make metal dust films

Description

  1. Copper Films
    • Our highest doped film of Au nanoparticles was tested using the AC impedance spectroscope. Unfortunately even this film showed no marked improvement in conductivity. So we decided to make four films doped with 15mg, 20mg, 25mg, and 30mg of copper dust to try and find the threshold where the resistance begins to lower.
    • After the initial tests, the films still showed no improvement. We believe that there may be an issue with the instrument. We will figure out another way to measure the conductivity of the films and hope for the best.

Notes

  • Beegley is a messed up place.
