I am a postdoc at UC Berkeley in the laboratory of John Taylor and funded through the Miller Institute at Berkeley. I am interested in comparative genomics of fungi to understand evolutionary processes generating population and species level variation. My pages at BioPerl, Berkeley, and former page at Duke, provide more information about specific research questions I am pursuing.
