ObjectiveToday we'll be running 20 samples in the UV-Vis, 10 for Invertase and 10 for BSA. First of all, we centrifuged the samples for 30 minutes, and then we run UV-Vis spectra absorption on them. We obtained the following results: 'Figure 1. Invertase Spectra absorption UV-Vis'
