Morning

• Our cyanobacteria presentation went well. It looks like the iGEM team will have three projects this summer: DNA nanostructures for binding thrombin, cyanobacteria oscillators, and something with fusion proteins.

Afternoon

• Hetmann and I inoculated two cultures of our R0010+ E0241 BioBrick'd E. coli, which succesfully glowed green under the microscope.
  • To each culture tube, we added:
    • 5 mL LB medium
    • 50 µL ampicillin
    • A colony
